Kia ora koutou whānau and friends,
We are Manawanui, a group of 42 unique and fun Year 5 and 6 students. Manawanui means to be tolerant, patient, persistent and dedicated, and these are the principles we work towards each day in our collaborative space.
In Manawanui we believe in whanaungatanga, working together to create a positive and supportive classroom culture. We know that by working together successfully, everyone achieves more.
In Manawanui we access our learning through our class site. Feel free to check this out and see what we have been up to. https://sites.google.com/view/manawanui/home
We are self managing learners who take accountability for achieving our learning goals. We love to work collaboratively, but also spend time working in small groups, individually and with a range of kaiako.
Please feel free to come in and see our awesome classroom in action. We have an open door policy.
He waka eke noa - We’re all in this together
